Terms of Use

Last updated 29 September 2026

These terms apply to 2liveculture.com, to the client portal where training clients and their parents view sessions and invoices, and to the internal systems used by 2 Live Culture staff. By using any of them, you agree to what follows.

Who we are

2 Live Culture is a sports agency based in Texas. We represent athletes, advise on name, image and likeness (NIL) opportunities, run athletic training programmes, and produce media. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean 2 Live Culture.

Your account

  • Accounts are issued by us. There is no public sign-up, and you may not create an account for anyone else or let someone else use yours.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • We can suspend or withdraw access — for example when someone leaves a programme, or if an account is being misused.

The client portal

If you are a training client, or the parent or guardian who pays for one, we may give you access to a portal showing sessions, packages and invoices for your household. It is there for information and for paying invoices. It is read-only: you cannot book, move or cancel sessions through it — arrange that with your trainer directly.

We work to keep what it shows accurate, but the records we hold internally are what govern your account. If something looks wrong, tell us and we will check it.

Training, sessions and packages

  • Session packages expire six months after purchase. Unused sessions do not carry over past that date.
  • Cancelling less than 24 hours before a session, or not turning up, uses a session from your package.
  • Package prices and session availability can change; anything already purchased is honoured on the terms it was sold under.

Invoices and payment

Invoices are issued through QuickBooks Online and are payable by the due date shown. Online payments are processed by QuickBooks Payments — your card or bank details go directly to Intuit and are never held by us. We may also accept payment by other means, which we will record against your invoice.

Overdue invoices are chased automatically by reminder email. Where an account stays unpaid, we may pause training or other services until it is settled.

Representation and NIL

Nothing on this website or in the portal creates an agency, representation or NIL agreement. Those relationships exist only under a separate written contract signed by both sides, and that contract governs them.

NIL rules are set by the NCAA, state law, and an athlete's school or conference, and they change. We help athletes navigate them, but athletes and their families remain responsible for their own eligibility and for any disclosure their school requires. Nothing we provide is legal, tax or financial advice.

Content and photographs

The 2 Live Culture name, logo, and the text, images and video on this site belong to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Where you give us a photograph or other material, you confirm you are entitled to do so — including having a parent or guardian's permission where the athlete is under 18 — and you allow us to use it to provide our services. Where we want to use an athlete's image publicly, in marketing or a pitch to a brand, that is covered by the separate agreement or by permission we ask for at the time.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access records that are not yours, disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to break the law. If you find a security problem, please tell us rather than exploit it — we would rather hear from you.

Availability

We aim to keep everything running, but we do not promise the website or portal will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Parts of the service depend on third parties such as QuickBooks, and we are not responsible for their outages.

Liability

Training carries physical risk; taking part is your decision, and any waiver you sign at sign-up continues to apply. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or the portal. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
