Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 September 2026

2 Live Culture ('we', 'us') is a sports agency in Texas offering NFL representation, NIL advisory and athletic training. This policy explains what information we collect through 2liveculture.com and our internal systems, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Who this covers

This policy applies to visitors to our website, athletes and families who enquire or sign with us, training clients and the parents or guardians who pay for them, and brand contacts we work with on partnerships.

What we collect

  • What you give us. Name, email, phone, city and state, social handles, school or team, sport and position, and anything you type into a form or send us directly.
  • Family and coaching contacts. Where an athlete is a minor, we collect a parent or guardian's name and contact details, and sometimes a coach's, so we can reach the right adult.
  • Business records. Training packages, sessions attended, invoices, payments, partnership deals and the deliverables attached to them.
  • Photos. Athlete photographs that we or you upload.
  • Publicly available sports data. For college athletes we may pull published statistics and recruiting ratings from third-party sports data sources.

Children and young athletes

A large part of our work is with high-school and college athletes, some of whom are under 18. Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Where an athlete is a minor, we expect a parent or guardian to provide their details and act on their behalf, and we send invoices and account access to that adult rather than to the athlete.

Athlete photographs are stored privately and are never placed on a public web address. A parent or guardian can ask us to remove a photo at any time and we will do so.

How we use it

  • To provide training and representation services, and to schedule and track sessions.
  • To invoice you and collect payment, and to send reminders when an invoice is overdue.
  • To introduce athletes to brands and manage partnership deals on their behalf.
  • To respond to enquiries from our website.
  • To keep records our accountant and the relevant authorities require.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

QuickBooks and payment information

We use QuickBooks Online, a product of Intuit Inc., for invoicing and accounting. When we invoice you, the relevant details — your name, email address, what you are being billed for, the amount and the due date — are created in our QuickBooks company file, and QuickBooks sends the invoice and any payment reminders to you.

If you pay online, the payment is handled by QuickBooks Payments. Your card or bank details are entered into Intuit's own payment pages and go directly to Intuit. We never see, handle or store card numbers or bank account numbers. What comes back to our system is limited to the amount paid, the date, and the invoice it settled.

Information we read from QuickBooks is used only to keep our own records of what is owed and what has been paid. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not share it onward. Intuit handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Who else touches your information

  • Supabase — hosts our database and file storage in the United States.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and our internal system.
  • Intuit (QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payments) — invoicing, accounting and payment processing.
  • Web3Forms — delivers website form submissions to our inbox.
  • CollegeFootballData — a source of published college statistics. We send a player name to look them up; we do not send your personal details.

These providers process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to professional advisers such as our accountant.

How it is protected

Our internal system is restricted to 2 Live Culture staff, who each sign in with their own account. Client accounts can see only their own household's records — sessions, packages and invoices — and this is enforced by the database itself, not only by the screens. Access is granted by invitation and can be withdrawn at any time. Athlete photographs and uploaded documents are kept in private storage.

How long we keep it

We keep financial records — invoices, payments and the contracts behind them — for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Other records are kept while you are working with us and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Parents and guardians can make these requests on behalf of an athlete under 18. Email chloe@2liveculture.com and we will respond.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to active clients directly.
